CEDAR CREEK WINERY...We are always looking forward to meeting new customers and greeting old friends at the winery. If you missed our Winery Open House in March we are sharing a recipe that Chef Brian Taylor from the Anvil Pub & Grille prepared for our guests. Of course we are gearing up for the Strawberry Festival, June 25 & 26, with our award-winning Strawberry Blush wine. Our Case Club members will get an early preview!

Strawberry Blush Release! We are continuing the early release of Strawberry Blush at the Spring Case Club Tasting, April 23 & 24. Although April is a little earlier than usual for the release, we want to make sure it is available for our Case Club members. The Strawberry Blush tastes like biting into a fresh Strawberry!

Ingredients:
• 1 Tilapia Filet (approximately 8 ounces)
• 2 Tablespoons butter
• 7 Tablespoons of Cedar Creek Chardonnay
• 3 oz chopped tomato
• 3 oz mushrooms
• 3 oz red onion rings
• 3 oz spinach
Preparation:
1. Lightly flour and salt Tilapia.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add Tilapia and 4 Tablespoons of Cedar Creek Chardonnay.
3. Sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place in oven to keep warm.
4. Sauté chopped tomato, red onion, and mushrooms with butter and 3 Tablespoons of Cedar Creek Chardonnay. When soft, add spinach.
5. Remove Tilapia from oven and place on plate, top with Florentine mixture.

RE-FABULOUS...ReFabulous has ventured out onto their own and after renovating the former Newberry Thicket space we are finally moved in and ready for Spring to arrive. We are excited to be bringing you more of what we love to do, re-purposing furniture. Re-purposed furniture, farm to table accessories and locally crafted goods, is what ReFabulous is all about. We are trying to keep the local aspect in our business as much as possible because we know how important it is for our community to thrive.

This 1860's era frame building, restored by the Landmark Preservation Society, houses the Roger C. Christensen collection of antique packaging and advertising art. Curated and maintained by the Cedarburg Cultural Center, the collection, which dates from the early 1900's through the 1940's, is believed to be one of the most extensive of its kind in the Midwest. Vintage grocery tins, apothecary items and dry goods are among the many items that evoke the essence of the old-time general store. This marvelous treasury of the past delights young and old alike. Come see the vintage treasures in the candy counter and share a chuckle over the outlandish claims on bottles of hair cream and health remedies! The Cedarburg Visitor Center and Chamber of Commerce are located within the building, making it the perfect first stop on your visit to Cedarburg!
